Individuals and Interactions Over You In Particular

Don’t lord the agile manifesto over people as if it is more important than they are. Parroting, “Individuals and interactions over processes and tools” and in the same breath raking someone over the coals for questioning the values and principles of agility, represents a failure to practice the spirit that ties the whole thing together. This also occurs whenever we quote the manifesto in an effort to win an argument.

Your goal should be to practice what is affirmed in the manifesto, not to convince people that they should have “agilista 4 life” tattooed across their chest.
