5 Dysfunctions of a Team

Many have been telling me to read the book, “The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team.” I plan to read it, I really do. In the meantime, however, I found a video in which the author does a very good job at summarizing and demonstrating some of these dysfunctions. I found it hugely useful, and I recommend it as a productive way to spend 30 to 40 minutes. You will also be well entertained.

Enjoy, the five dysfunctions of a team:

  • This video is really great!
    Thanks Jason for sharing it.
I’ve never came across this guy or the book, but now I’m getting curious about him 🙂

Yeah. I bought the audio book and blazed through it. It’s really good. I’m actually going to use some of the practical team building exercises he talks about at the end in a team retro tomorrow #fingerscrossed.
